Pricing questions
Why do you publish prices when most agencies don't?
Because 'book a call to find out' filters for people with time to waste. Publishing the number means every call starts with fit, not budget archaeology. If $8K/month is out of range, the $4K audit or the free playbook is the right entry point.
What are the payment terms?
Retainers are billed monthly, net-15. Fixed-scope projects (audit, add-ons) are 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. A 12-month retainer commitment earns a 10% discount.
What does 'from $8,000/month' depend on?
Scope: number of GTM motions, market segments, sending volume, and how much of the four-layer engine you need built vs. already have. You get a fixed quote after the first call — and it stays fixed.
Are tool costs included?
Tooling is separate and bought in your accounts at list price — typically $500–$2,000/month depending on data needs. We never mark up or resell, so our recommendations stay honest.
Can we pause a retainer?
After the initial minimum, yes — one pause of up to 60 days per year. Engines decay when untended, so we'll tell you honestly what pausing will cost you in momentum.
